Agreement: Deposit paid at delivery of Pickup. Excess tonnage or yardage paid with 15 days of billing. All amounts due past 30 days will incur interest. All amounts due past 60 days will go to collection and the cost of collection will be part of your bill in addition to the cost of disposal and trucking.

ALL MATRIALS THAT ARE LOADED ABOVE THE SIDES WILL BE DUMPED OFF. CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE SERVICE PERFORMED ABOVE. CUSTOMER HOLDS SBI WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGES DONE BY SBI WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES TRUCKS, DRIVER, OR CONTAINER, AND FURTHER AGREES TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURIES WHILE CONTAINER IS UNDER CUSTOMER'S CARE. THE CUSTOMER AUTHORIZES SBI WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES TO MAKE ANY CHARGES TO THEIR CREDIT CARD, IF ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT ARE NOT FOLLOWED OR FOR ANY MONEY OWED FOR UNPAID BILLS.
